From day one, you will be involved in hands on work alongside our team of experienced financial professionals, working with real life situations involving clients, investment decisions, and long-term strategies. Who is RAM​?

Real Asset Management (‘RAM’) is an Australian alternative asset manager, providing investment solutions in Credit, Real Estate, and Private Equity markets, for institutions and wealthy families globally.
 
RAM was founded in 2010 and has a pan-Asia presence of 5 offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Shanghai and Hong Kong. RAM provides more than 15 investment strategies and has a team of over 100 finance professionals managing in excess of A$4.2bn in assets.
 
We provide a global set of investment solutions through our group companies licensed by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission of Australia (AFSL 484263), and the Securities & Futures Commission of Hong Kong (CE BGL803).

Staff Led Charity Programme

With the full commitment of the RAM Board, the Real Giving Programme encourages and promotes our combined generosity towards issues of social and environmental importance to our communities.

The programme runs to the Australian financial year, with the goal of donating at least 1% of our profits to a range of charitable organisations. It also provides volunteer time and donations matching initiatives to support our teamʼs wide charitable interests.
